A close family member, Tooba Sherwani from Pakistan, after major market research on social media approached Rachna Chadha! While Tooba was coordinating with the family and guests, Rachna Chadha the wedding coordinator and creative designer was available 24/7! In the midst of very large destination wedding projects, complete attention was given to this project in another emirate – Ras Al Khaimah!

From coordination with hotels, the artists, the transfer of all material, flowers, furniture to the final execution, Rachna Chadha was on site. The bitterly cold, strong windy nights, thunderstorm, rain in the day – this site had all the challenges till the last minute. Afternoon Baraat, Nikah followed by Mehndi and Sangeet on the first day and the wedding reception on the second day, all was accomplished beautifully. The image below shows how windy the weather was – flower décor was flying off every 5 minutes! The family and guests were enthralled by the full set up and all the coordination.
