#VivaShaadi Welcome & Welcome Dinner

A 3 day wedding for a very special couple Vidhi & Varun at Park Hyatt, Dubai. Their most wonderful, supportive and gracious parents Sunil Minakshi Raniwala and Vijay Sohina Patel from Dubai, who are a part of the BAQAA family now. We spent six months planning and designing from micro to macro level for this mega wedding. The first big fat Indian destination wedding at Park Hyatt by BAQAA. This BAQAA wedding was unique as it was based on our super-detailed destination wedding model for families living in Dubai. All the guests were welcomed at the Park Hyatt Dubai and stayed there over the 3 days of the wedding.

Bienvenue Moulin Rouge

Guests took a night time stroll through a Parisian street as they entered the gardens of the Four Seasons Hotel. The welcome dinner to kickstart the #ViVaShaadi celebrations transported guests to a Moulin Rouge themed evening with a walk down a street in Paris, a vintage telephone booth as a photo booth, live violinist, dancers and a Bollywood performer from India. Dinner was served in the garden and the party continued into the ballroom.
