Rashi & Parth’s – Welcome Dinner & Cocktails

Two college sweethearts Rashi & Parth from Mumbai selected BAQAA after long market research as the company to conceptualize, design and execute every detail of their destination wedding at Ritz Carlton, Grand Canal, Abu Dhabi for 600 guests. Invitations, wedding print collateral, gifts, hampers, event concepts, flower decor, unique ideas and entertainment – all the ingredients were ensured by BAQAA for the big fat Indian destination wedding. The families from Mumbai and from the diamond trade, increased our circle of BAQAAA families.

The welcome dinner was a Turkish theme with curated food, entertainment and décor from the Middle East region. A central round stage plus dance floor in the middle of the ballroom with a laser cut mashrabiya structure of wood in white was especially designed and fabricated for the event by BAQAA to create an out of the box design and experience for the entire event. The guests were seated on the three sides to on Turkish lounges. A cluster of The Turkish architectural inspired chandeliers right over the stage added the WOW facto. The interactive entertainment and vibe was orchestrated by BAQAA
