A beautiful two day celebrations at Ritz Carlton, opposite the Iconic Grand Mosque, Abu Dhabi. A Marwari wedding designed and executed with great style and panache. Each event had a signature concept and experience of BAQAA.

A traditional Indian welcome with glamourous Lady Drummers! A sweet Mehndi set up with green and gold monestra leaves, colorful accessories, a beautiful couple jhoola and an Arabesque backdrop.

The sangeet was a butterfly theme which is the bride’s favorite! The endearing dances by the family and the electrifying performances by the Bollywood singer Shalmali Kholgade was the perfect ingredients for a memorable evening. Entire family was dressed in Tarun Tahiliani’s designed couture gowns.

The same ballroom was transformed into a regal setting for the Jaimala and gala dinner. The couple entry was grand and royal! Rachna Chadha, Founder of BAQAA conceptualized a stunning choreographed sequence for the entry with dancers holding diyas and showering fresh rose petals Live singing during Jaimala by the talented Bollywood Singer Roop Kumar Rathod was mesmerizing. To further celebrate this moment the company’s founder and designer, Rachna Chadha choreographed an ode to love with Sufi songs and Kathak dancing which is full of expressions and grace! The couple looked stunning in Sabyasachi Indian couture in champagne gold. A setting no less than a Bollywood set up.

The magical finale! An ethereal wedding mandap in white with thousands of red flowers against the iconic white Grand Mosque was breathtaking. This setting with soulful mantras, instrumental shehnai, sitar and flute was spellbinding and so commented each guest!
